Signature Treatments ~

Healing Hydrotherapy Massage and Bath Treatments
- $70.00

The serene environment of our Hydrotherapy room is sure to induce relaxation. This incredible treatment begins relaxing in the Hydrotherapy Tub with the powerful jets of water soothing your body. Next, using a high-powered hose your therapist performs a full body underwater massage. After you are mesmerized by your massage, a therapeutic product is added to the water allowing your body to absorb its benefits, while you continue to relax.
(Not recommended for people with heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, venous disorders, thromboses and varicose veins.)

The following Powders, Herbs, and Essential Oils can be added to your bath after your Massage:

Milk Whey ~ for healing and restoring dry sensitive or damaged skin. Milk Whey is naturally cleansing and moisturizing. Skin feels hydrated, healthier, and more radiant.

Fango (mud) ~ Fango, pure volcanic ash, removes impurities, replaces minerals and gently exfoliates. Skin is smoother and softer, ready to absorb moisture and nutrients.

Seaweed ~ a balanced concentrate of the ocean nutrients; this bath nourishes, tones, detoxifies and reduces inflammation.

Fango (mud) Salisyl ~ A soothing bath due to volcanic ash powder and pine needle essential oil. This bath is great for replacing minerals, stimulating circulation and exfoliating the skin.

Dead Sea Mineral Salts ~ stimulates circulation and eliminates toxins from the body. Like a swim in the ocean, this treatment revitalizes tired skin and restores its natural glow.

Chamomile Oil Baths ~ this bath calms and soothes. The comforting scent eases tense nerves and bodies. This essential oil bath gently smoothes and conditions sensitive skin.

Eucalyptus Oil Baths ~ stimulating and refreshing. Inhaling cool eucalyptus essential oil heightens breathing. Circulation improves, nourishing the skin and body.

Lavender Oil Baths ~ These baths revitalize and balance. This spicy, fragrant bath enhances a sense of well-being. Pure essential oil moisturizes the skin.

Pine Needle Oil Baths ~ These baths invigorate and energize. Essential oil of pine improves circulation and deepens breathing. This forest-fresh bath revives the depleted body.

Body Treatments with Vichy Shower ~

The following body treatments are also provided in the soothing Hydrotherapy room. During these treatments the Vichy Shower is used to rinse the product from the body. . The Vichy Shower is a rain bar that lays parallel above your body. As it rains down it will mesmerize you with its warmth. A moisturizer is applied all over the body at the end of each service leaving skin feeling brand new!

Honey Almond Body Scrub - $65.00 ~ Applied all over the body in a light massaging motion, it helps exfoliate dead cells and cleanses the skin. This exfoliation is gentle, even on the most sensitive skin types.

Pumpkin Walnut Scrub - $65.00 ~ This gentle exfoliating scrub helps remove dead skin cells while adding moisture to your healthy skin. The wonderful aroma of "pumpkin pie" is calming and soothing.

Salt Glow - $65.00 ~ Dead Sea Salts and a custom blend of essential oils are massaged gently into the skin to exfoliate as it also increases circulation. Slightly more aggressive, the Salt Glow is one of the most popular exfoliating services.

Olive Oil & Eucalyptus Salt Glow - $65.00 ~ This treatment combines a sea salt blend with essential oils to create a body polish that will cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize. The eucalyptus/geranium blend is uplifting and purifying

Olive Oil & Lavender Salt Glow - $65.00 ~ This aromatic treatment combines sea salts with the soothing scent of lavender essential oil, to create a body polish that will cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize. The lavender soothes and relaxes. Your skin will feel refreshed and renewed.

Fango (Mud) Masque/Wrap - $70.00 ~ removes impurities, replaces minerals and gently exfoliates. Skin is smoother and softer, ready to absorb moisture and nutrients. This is a great pick me up for a tired, sluggish body.

Seaweed Masque/Wrap - $70.00 ~ This luxurious treatment is used to stimulate blood circulation and help eliminate toxins, while giving the body all the mineral salts and trace elements it needs to maintain correct balance.

Other Body Services ~

Herbal Wrap - $55.00 ~ This wonderful treatment uses a large herb-soaked muslin sheet to envelop your body. The heat from the wrap aids the body in absorbing the benefits of the herbs, and induces relaxation.

Valerian Herbal Wrap - $60.00 ~ This popular European treatment utilizes a Valerian herbal gel that is applied to your body. You are then wrapped in warm sheets and/or covered with an electric heating blanket. After resting in the wrap for 20 minutes, you are unwrapped and misted with rosewater. Your body is then massaged with an avocado body lotion concluding this fabulously relaxing treatment.

Contrast Treatments
Prices dependent on the treatment of choice ~ Do you need a pick me up? If so, try one of these! Contrast treatments are generally given in the form of herbal wraps but be adventurous. The concept is to do a warm treatment of any kind followed directly by a cool or even cold treatment. Before you brush this off as crazy, give it a try. You will be pleasantly amazed by its relaxing and invigorating power! You will leave feeling energized than you have felt in years!

Parafango Wrap - $75.00 ~ This treatment combines the incredible detoxification of mud from the Dead Sea, with the intense moisturization of parafin. This is a fantastic addition to a weight-loss program.

Hydra4 Sensitive Skin Facial - $65.00 ~ A calming cleanser and gentle exfoliation with anti-inflammatory ingredients are applied to help heal easily irritated skin. A soothing mask completes this gentle alternative.

Hydra Dew for Mature or Dry Skin - $65.00 ~ This regenerating process is wonderful in smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles, aiding in the anti-aging process, while restoring moisture.

Teen Attention - $55.00 ~ Many teens experience an over abundance of oil production. This facial targets those problem areas while helping to maintain a healthy, youthful look.

Back Facial - $60.00 ~ This is an experience in itself. Not only do you receive the benefits of a facial, but in the process all those tired muscles in the back will be soothed. You truly feel a sense of renewal after this treatment.

Lash Tinting - $28.00 ~ This is great for everyone from blondes with fine or thinning lashes to those with darker lashes. This treatment colors every hair from root to tip, creating longer, fuller looking lash for everyone. Many find it unnecessary to wear mascara!

Hot Stone Back Rejuvenation - $50.00 ~ Your muscles will melt like butter with the use of heat-penetrated stones – an incredible back experience.
(Not recommended for people with Osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure or pregnancy)

Scalp Massage - $35.00 ~ You will relax on a soft, heated massage table while your head, neck, and shoulders are massaged. This treatment is so rejuvenating, you will feel like you have had a full body massage!

Stone & Scalp Treatment - $80.00 ~ An amazing combination that covers it all!

Glycolic Treatments - $50.00 ~ This mild yet very successful exfoliating treatment is a wonderful way to soften wrinkles, reduce age spots and much, much more. We recommend that this treatment be done in a series of six or more visits (one a week) for full benefits to be seen. Give it a try; you’ll be amazed at the results. A daily home regimen is also recommended for continued support of the skin.

Spa Pedicure - $48.00 ~ This relaxing treatment is received in a private, soothing environment. Your feet will be immersed in a whirlpool tub while you rest in a warm massaging chair. This pedicure is far beyond shaping and polish. Your feet will be pampered with scrub, paraffin or mask treatment and massage that you will want to receive again and again.  Add Hot Stones (+$5) for an amazing HOT STONE PEDICURE!

Spa Manicure - $38.00 ~ Much like the pedicure treatment, this is not your typical manicure. In addition to the traditional shaping, buffing and polishing, you will be indulged with an exfoliating salt scrub, hydrating paraffin treatment and an incredible fingertip to elbow massage.

Hand & Foot Treatment - $80.00 ~ This is the ultimate combination of manicure and pedicure. Bringing together the harmony of the body from fingers to toes, you are sure to walk away from this treatment feeling renewed!

Here at Calm Waters we have developed what we call our Mini Essentials. These are condensed or mini versions of several treatments that we want you to be able to experience. These mini services allow you to have a service in a condensed time period that is more affordable. Once you have tried the services you may well decide to have the full service or you just might enjoy the mini version again and again. We hope this helps you experiment with more of the wonderful treatments that we have to offer.

The following are services offered in a mini fashion...

Mini Facials - $45.00 ~ All of our facials can be condensed for the time-sensitive guest. However, you won’t miss the quality of a full length facial. Mini facials offer the essentials of what you need to take care of your skin, and are provided in a timely fashion.

Mini Scalp Massage - $20.00 ~ Did you know that your head, neck and shoulders hold the majority of your stress? Feel that tension melt away while your neck, head and shoulders are massaged.

Mini Hand and Foot Treatments -$50.00 ~ It’s wonderful to have a full body mud, seaweed, paraffin or salt scrub treatment, but if you want quick, mini alternatives, you have to try these! Your hands and feet will love you for it. The same processes described in the full body treatments are provided for the two most precious areas of the body that support you every day….You will leave feeling renewed.

Mini Hydrotherapy Soak - $40.00 ~ This treatment is for the guest who would like to experience the relaxing qualities of the Hydrotherapy Tub, without the full body massage. You will relax in our tranquil tub with the water and warm air jets gently massaging you from head to toe for ten minutes. Then you and your therapist can choose powders, herbs and essential oils to be added to your tub for the next ten minutes. After your treatment, you will rest comfortably in the tranquility room for an additional 10 - 15 minutes. This wonderful tub experience is a great introduction to Hydrotherapy.

Mini Hydrotherapy Massage - $50.00 ~ This head to toe water massage is preformed while relaxing in a tub of warm water. In just 30 minutes, your muscles will be relaxed and refreshed.

Mini Pedicure - $33.00 ~ This mini treatment is a fabulous way to treat your feet. Your feet are pampered and rejuvenated by this relaxing treatment. Your feet will be soothed in a whirlpool tub while you rest in a warm massaging chair. You will experience a salt treatment, paraffin treatment and massage that will bring you back for more.

Mini Manicure - $23.00 ~ You are indulged with an exfoliating salt scrub and an incredible fingertip to elbow massage during this wonderful mini treatment. We finish the pampering by shaping, buffing and polishing your nails.

The perfect gift... for yourself or someone else! Whether it is for a couple of hours or a full day, these packages are the answer. All of our packages will take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Your visit will begin with you slipping into a soft terry cloth robe and slippers then relaxing in the tranquility room, designated just for spa guests. As you sip your herbal tea, you will slowly begin to drift away from the world outside and become enveloped in the serene environment of Calm Waters.

The following are a few package options from which to choose. If you do not see one that suits your needs, a spa coordinator would love to help create a custom package just for you. Packages of three hours or more include a spa lunch or dinner. Add a shampoo and blow dry to any package.

Especially For Men ~

Men’s Signature Water Massage -$70.00 ~ The healing powers of water are evident in this incredible treatment. You start by relaxing in our large hydrotherapy tub. Your therapist will then provide a head to toe massage with a hand-held hose, while you relax in the water. Once you are relaxed from your massage, a mud, seaweed, or milk whey powder can be added to the tub... each of these have their own benefits. After soaking in the tub and product for the final 10 minutes you will relax in your own quiet room while you slowly come back to reality. This treatment will be your new favorite massage!

Gentlemen’s Facial -$65.00 ~ Men need facials too, so this is for you! This facial helps revitalize your skin while relaxing you for an hour. We work with products that have a very mild scent; no flowery or feminine smells during this indulgence. Your skin will be cleansed, followed by a steam to open the pores. Next, we remove any impurities in the pores. This is followed by a wonderfully relaxing massage. We finish with a masque to close the pores down and a moisturizer for your personal skin type. This will not only be a wonderful one hour getaway, but an incredible education on your skin and how to best care for it.

Foot Renewal Treatment -$48.00 ~ A customized foot treatment just for you! Everyone’s feet need a little more attention than they get. And this covers it all! Your treatment starts by relaxing your feet in a warm, massaging foot bath. After your skin has been softened by the oil-diffused water, we will shape your nails, and then an exfoliating lotion is massaged all over the feet to help remove unwanted dead skin. Next is a wonderful massage with a hydrating lotion applied. Finally paraffin is applied to lock in the moisture. Your feet will love you for this attention!

Hands of a Gentleman -$28.00 ~ This treatment will get your nails, cuticles and hands back in shape. First we file your nails, then we soak your hands in a warm water-and-oil bath. This helps soften the cuticles to be trimmed more easily. Next, an exfoliating lotion will gently soften out the rough spots. A moisturizing lotion is then massaged into the hand and covered with paraffin to help lock in the moisture from the lotion. By the end of this service your “gentleman’s hands” will be back!

Relaxing Scalp Massage -$35.00 ~ This treatment leaves you feeling like you have had a full body massage! Did you know that your head, neck and shoulders hold the majority of your stress? This is the answer to releasing all of that tension that has been building up! You will relax face-down, on a soft, heated massage table while your neck, head and shoulders are massaged. You will find yourself drifting away in just minutes. This truly is a must!

Waxing - Begins at $45.00 ~ Do you have unwanted hair on your back or chest? This treatment is done in the privacy of the harmony  room. After your unwanted hair is removed a hydrating lotion is applied.

Swedish Massage Full body massage that helps relieve stress and anxiety by reducing tension in muscles. Swedish massage helps increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from muscles. The practitioner uses lotion and gliding techniques to help loosen and ease tension throughout the body.

Reflexology This is a unique method applied to the hands and feet by reflex points corresponding to all the glands and organs throughout the body. Helps increase your circulation, detoxify the system from impurities, improve energy flow and gives an overall sense of well being.
